In Skirts on the Run races, female participants are outfitted in Nike’s peerless skirts and running tees. The ladies begin the race with a three minute head start and when they look back they’ll see their male counterparts in hot pursuit.

These races are typically sanctioned by USATF, and monitored by state of the art timing equipment. Thus if you’re a serious runner you’ve come to the right event. In addition, there is prize money given to the first place female and male finishers. For casual runners this is a way to get some exercise, meet new people, and have fun in a safe environment.

After The Race: Block Party!

After the race your entry gets you into our Block Party complete with a beer garden backed up Detroit's Channel 955 DJ Shortstop and the Bomb Squad on the one’s and two’s.
